I had a great stay here! The location is just perfect, right in front of the holy site, making it super convenient for visits. The staff were friendly and really helpful, especially during check-in. The room I had was spacious and offered a stunning view, which made my experience even better. Plus, the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep after long days!
There were some hiccups with the check-in process; we had to wait a bit longer than expected. the WiFi in the room was a tad slow, and it would have been nice to have better coverage in the reception area. a solid experience but room for improvement!

The unit we got was huge and largewith full-size extra beds and internet access provided, for instance. The service provided there was great! We had early check-in on arrival. Location: the hotel was adjacent to shopping areas below the next building over, and the resturants and coffee shops.

The really good staff offered perfect service, and I particularly enjoyed the large, comfortable beds. The hotel's proximity to the Haram made my visits effortless, and the breakfast was quite satisfying.
Accessing taxis was a hassle.

Disappointingly, the room originally booked for four was cramped with only two twin beds and no additional bedding provided, forcing one of my kids to make do with comforters. The shower was confined, especially for anyone of larger stature.
